Abdullah Alnabhan Joins Hill International as Managing Director, Middle East

Hill International is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin “Ben” Schwenk as Senior Vice President for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). With more than 37 years of project execution experience, Ben brings a wealth of expertise in operations management, engineering leadership, and client-focused delivery to grow Hill’s portfolio in KSA.
Ben’s career spans the United States, Angola, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, with a strong track record in managing complex, large-scale programs from concept through commissioning. For more than two decades, he successfully owned and led LDIS, LLC, providing engineering and design solutions for oil and gas, hydrogen, and renewable energy projects. His work included leadership roles overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing multi-project portfolios, and delivering critical infrastructure for leading global energy operators.
In his new role, Ben will oversee Hill’s operations across KSA, managing a portfolio that supports the Kingdom’s ambitious transformational goals. He will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure excellence in execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives.
