Hill International is proud to welcome Mark Blanchard as Vice President, Growth Leader for the Southeast region. Mark will be responsible for growing Hill’s business in both the public and private sectors across the region with an emphasis on infrastructure programs and projects.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Mark’s expertise has been instrumental in leading significant business development initiatives and overseeing major regional and international programs. His experience includes program management, client service and development, capital improvement planning, and a wide range of sectors including transportation, aviation, environmental remediation, water and wastewater, and resilient infrastructure.
