On behalf of the Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company LTD, Hill International is providing project management consultancy services for the Three Island City Centre (ICC) project in Mumbai. The luxury residential development includes three residential towers with a total built-up area of more than 240,000 SM. The 170-meter Tower A will feature 37 residential floors, while Towers B and C will reach 240 meters and feature 58 residential floors. The towers will share two basement levels, service floors, a five-level podium for parking, and an amenity deck with landscaping and a swimming pool.
Our responsibilities include project management, design management, value engineering, bid management, construction management, and post-construction services. By assessing and mitigating risks early, the Hill team will help deliver the project on time and within budget. We will also leverage our experience on Bombay Realty’s ICC Phases 1 and 2 projects, which comprised the delivery of two high-rise residential towers on the same site, to help ensure the project exceeds our client’s expectations.
